After 14 years in Boulder, CO, Pamela and her husband have returned to Vermont. Pamela is a 2006 graduate of MGH Institute of Health Professions Physical Therapy Program, is an avid cyclist, certified running coach and certified personal trainer.
What does this mean for you? Physical Therapists have extensive course work in anatomy, physiology, and human movement which make us THE experts when it comes to analyzing your specific strength and flexibility issues. Combine this with personal training skills and you have a training experience that is a notch above what you may find at your local gym.
If you have a history of training injuries, are recovering from an acute injury or simply don’t know where to begin with strength training, the team at Choice Physical Therapy can help you achieve your goals.
Contact us for a free screening at Choice PT 878-6656 or text Pamela at 617-596-1254
